Subscription & Payment Terms
Complete billing terms: how subscriptions work, what you are charged, GST, payment processing, and plan management.

1. Subscription Plans Overview

2. Billing Cycles
- Monthly: Billed every 30 days from the subscription start date
- Annual: Billed every 365 days from the subscription start date
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Renewal charges are processed 24 hours before the period end date
3. Payment Methods
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- Chrome Web Store billing (if purchased via CWS)
4. GST Invoices
GST invoices are available on request for all paid transactions. Provide your GSTIN at the time of purchase to have it included on the invoice. Contact billing@turbosender.in for invoice requests.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 3 days. If payment is not resolved, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free plan until payment is updated. Your data will be preserved during this period.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies if you do not agree.
