1. Informal Resolution First

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, we encourage you to contact us directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support channels. Contact: support@turbosender.in. We commit to responding to all dispute notices within 5 business days.

2. Formal Dispute Process

If informal resolution fails, initiate a formal dispute by sending written notice to legal@turbosender.in including:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • A detailed description of the dispute
  • The relief or resolution you are seeking
  • Relevant order numbers, screenshots, or evidence

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from TurboSender shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

4. Arbitration

For disputes involving amounts exceeding ₹50,000 or of a complex nature, both parties agree to resolve through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitral award shall be final and binding.

5. Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with ViViD App Studio on an individual basis only. You may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.

6. Limitation Period

Any claim arising out of or related to your use of TurboSender must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, otherwise the claim is permanently barred.
